Running in the moment

He wouldn’t stop running.

Feet slowing, body weakening and mind wandering, his eyes remained steady.  Unwavering; he was undaunted by the forces that begged him to stop.

He couldn’t stop. He wouldn’t let them beat him.

Every failure needed reconciliation, and this was his moment.

So he ran with it.
